  Online it states that there are three bedrooms available for immediate renting. When I called I was told that there is no availability and that there was a waiting list. I drove to the property and spoke with one of the staff who promise she would get in touch with me in a week time. After not hearing from her, I called the office again and another staff answered. She first asked when do I want the apartment, I told her I was flexibility. She suddenly said there is nothing available. I questioned about why the ad said one thing, and both persons in the office says another thing. I told her about my experience with discrimination being a minority in this country and asked her why can't I be placed even on the waiting list. she hang up the phone while I was still talking to her. Why such unprofessionalism, why advertise something that is not available, what then will someone in my position think. I called and left a message with their Operations manager to contact me and to the time of writing this review, I haven't heard back from her.

  Can't beat the location, Central, convenient. Very friendly staff. Repairs done very promptly. But heating bills can be $700-$900 for the two-month Veridian cycle. Electric heat and very old, leaky windows. Lots of smokers (tobacco and pot) everywhere ... corridors blue with smoke sometimes ... can't even keep your windows open in the summer. Now, if you are a smoker and/or looooove inhaling second-hand smoke, and don't mind spending $400+ a month on heating or AC ... this is your dream place ; )
